RISKA is an operational intelligence layer for clinics. It ingests patient data — typed, spoken, or uploaded — and instantly surfaces who needs care most urgently. Multilingual. HIPAA-ready. Purpose-built for the safety gap.
Every feature exists to answer one question: who needs attention right now?
Type clinical notes, speak them with voice recognition, upload documents, or snap a photo. Any language — RISKA processes it all through de-identification.
Proprietary multi-dimensional algorithm analyzes clinical severity, no-show probability, and pharmacy gaps. Composite score determines risk tier.
Clear tier + recommended action. APEX needs immediate attention. STANDARD can wait. Your clinic decides the response — RISKA provides the signal.
RISKA was created by Samuel Alobo and the team at Vertex Automations — a healthcare technology company focused on operational intelligence for clinical settings. We believe the right technology can catch the patients who would otherwise slip through the cracks. RISKA is our answer to the 5.7 million annual deaths from poor-quality care identified by the WHO. Every clinic deserves a safety net. RISKA is that net.

Integrated EHR · RISKA Clinical Risk Prioritization
RISKA (Real-time Intelligent Scoring for Klinical Alerting) is an operational intelligence layer purpose-built for clinical settings. It analyzes patient data — typed notes, voice recordings, uploaded documents, or camera-captured text — and returns a clear risk prioritization score.
RISKA does not diagnose. It does not prescribe. It does one thing: it tells you who needs attention first. In a busy clinic with overflowing schedules and limited resources, that signal is the difference between catching a crisis and missing it.
The RISKA Chat tab works like any messaging app — but instead of chatting with a person, you're feeding patient data into the scoring engine. Type clinical notes, use voice dictation, upload a file, or snap a photo of a document. RISKA processes it all.
After submitting patient data, RISKA returns a score card showing Clinical Risk, No-Show Risk, Pharmacy Risk, and a Composite score with a clear tier. Tap any score for an explanation of what drove it.
The EHR Records tab shows your clinic's integrated patient panel. Each patient has been run through RISKA's scoring engine. Search by condition, symptom, or diagnosis. Click any patient to see their full clinical note and detailed RISKA scores.
For the clinic: RISKA transforms your EHR from a passive records repository into an active intelligence layer. Instead of manually triaging every patient, you see at a glance who is APEX, who is CRITICAL, who needs a phone call today versus who can wait.
For the doctor: You make hundreds of clinical decisions daily. RISKA doesn't replace your judgment — it informs it. The risk score is a second opinion, an automatic safety check that runs on every patient, every time. No patient falls through the cracks because their note was buried in the queue.
For the patient: Every patient deserves to be seen in the order of their clinical need — not the order of their appointment booking. RISKA ensures the sickest patients are prioritized, regardless of language, literacy, or how loudly they advocate for themselves.
The WHO estimates that 5.7 to 8.4 million deaths occur annually due to poor-quality care — not lack of access, but lack of prioritization. Patients get lost in the system. Their clinical notes sit unread. Their no-shows are written off as non-compliance rather than flagged as risk signals.
RISKA exists to close that gap. It is the safety net for the safety net — an automated clinical conscience that never sleeps, never gets tired, and never misses a signal. Every clinic that connects to RISKA makes a statement: we will not let our patients slip through.
"The right patient, the right care, the right time — every time."
